How do great organizations consistently deliver high quality? This course explores how quality is designed, measured, and improved using Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean, and Six Sigma. Students develop in-demand quality and continuous improvement skills while preparing for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification exam. Beyond theory, students analyze real processes, collect and interpret data, and work on real-world projects to apply continuous improvement methods to practical problems in business, healthcare, engineering, and service systems—building experience that directly translates to professional practice.
