Concentration

Operations Management Concentration

The Operations Management concentration signals a scholarly & professional interest in the systems & processes that actualize a venture’s business strategy. These include design, development, production, distribution and the customer interface of both products, and services. The interdisciplinary nature of Operations management means professionals in the field are often some of the most sought-after and effective executive leaders within many industries and most family businesses.
