EPS3544 Entrepreneurship in Context: South Korea

The course is designed to provide a global perspective on entrepreneurship by providing students with opportunity to experience Korean culture and learn more about entrepreneurship in South Korea. South Korea, known for innovation, grew their economy so quickly that it is referred as the “Miracle on the Hangang River.” Korea is an interesting context for entrepreneurship because of the mixture of tradition and innovation. With cultural immersion activities, visits to new ventures, accelerators and companies with emerging innovations, Babson students will gain an understanding of societal, cultural, technological, and economic trends in Korea. As part of this experiential experience, students will practice Entrepreneurial Thought & Action to propose a solution to societal problem.
